Is the mother entitled to demand the value, at today's prices, of the ten meters and an additional three meters that the maternal uncle seized by force and registered in the contract, especially since the maternal uncle offered 6,0 pounds? And what about the right of the grandmother, whose share the maternal uncle took against her will, and can it be demanded?

Disputes are settled in the Sharia courts or by those acting on their behalf. If it is proven that the maternal uncle wronged the mother or the grandmother, their right does not lapse by prescription, and they are entitled to claim it in full. The consequences of injustice are dire, and severe warnings have been issued concerning it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be be upon him) said: "Whoever usurps a hand span of land will have a collar of seven earths around his neck (on the Day of Resurrection)." And Allah cursed whoever alters the landmarks of the earth.
