Is it permissible to perform ghusl from menstruation just before Dhuhr in Ramadan?

If a woman becomes pure from her menstruation during the daytime in Ramadan, her fast for that day is invalidated, and she must make it up, regardless of whether she became pure before or after noon. She must perform ghusl (ritual bath) to offer the prayer. However, if she becomes pure before Fajr (dawn), her fast is valid, and she is permitted to delay ghusl until after Fajr, as this has been established from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Nevertheless, it is not permissible to delay it until after sunrise, as that would cause the time for Fajr prayer to expire. It is permissible for a fasting person to perform ghusl during the day.
