If you broke your oath not to forgive your mother, you are required to perform the expiation for an oath mentioned in the Quran: feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If you cannot find any of these, then fasting for three days. Know that becoming agitated with your mother, raising your voice at her, and threatening her with not forgiving her, is an act of disobedience (uquq) that necessitates repentance, because it contradicts the reverence, respect, and kind speech enjoined towards parents. Even when advising them, violence or harshness in speech is not permissible.
