The custody of the daughter belongs to her mother unless she is characterized by a legal impediment, such as immorality, and the father does not have the right to prevent the mother from her right in this regard. The mother has the right to demand her right to custody and to refer the matter to the judiciary, and the father is sinful for transgressing the mother's right.
