What is the ruling on a person who is able to move sending others to get his needs from shops and restaurants?

If people's asking for help is not out of necessity or need, then it is reprehensible in Islamic law, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah dislikes for you three things: gossiping (qil wa qal), wasting money, and excessive questioning (kathrat al-su'al)." It is better for a Muslim not to ask anyone for anything. However, if a Muslim needs the help of others, there is no harm in that, and helping him then is an act of ihsan (goodness), due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever is in the need of his brother, Allah will be in his need," and "Allah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother."
