Is it permissible to buy a shop for selling newspapers and sweets in Britain, knowing that lottery tickets will be sold there? And is it permissible to give the lottery profits in charity and benefit from the other profits of the shop, especially since this is the sole source of income?

A Muslim must seek out the lawful in his earnings. So, if it is possible to buy the shop without selling or promoting forbidden cards, then it is permissible. Otherwise, it is not permissible, because lawful earnings are blessed, and charity from them is accepted, whereas unlawful earnings are devoid of blessing and charity from them is not accepted, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, Allah is good and accepts only what is good."
