Is the killing of Palestinians residing in the 1948 territories, as a result of the Islamic Resistance shelling Israeli cities and areas in response to Zionist attacks on the Gaza Strip, considered martyrdom?

Remaining in the land of Palestine is considered ribat (guarding the frontiers for the sake of Allah), and whoever is mistakenly killed there by a weapon of the resistance is hoped to be a martyr in the Hereafter, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever dies while performing ribat, the reward of his deeds that he used to do will continue to flow to him, he will be safe from the Fattan (tempters in the grave), and he will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment as a martyr." Al-Yaman, the father of Hudhayfah, was considered a martyr by scholars even though he was mistakenly killed in [the Battle of] Uhud. Also, whoever dies from bombing by burning or demolition is a martyr. As for the rulings of this world, the majority of scholars hold that whoever is mistakenly killed by the hands of Muslims does not take the ruling of a martyr, while the Shafi'is and some Hanafis and Malikis believe that he does take the rulings of martyrs.
