Love for the sake of Allah is religiously مطلوب (desirable/required). It is permissible to inform the beloved of this love, provided there is no fear of fitna (discord/temptation). As for love between a brother and his sister, if it is due to the emotion of kinship, there is no harm in it, provided there is no suspicion. However, if it is for lust, then it is forbidden, and one must strive to divert oneself from it.
