Does reciting Al-Fatiha or saying "My Lord, forgive me" before placing the hands in their proper position in prayer contradict tranquility?

Tranquility is obligatory in all the physical pillars of prayer. It is the stillness and settling of the limbs for a period of time, estimated to be the duration of saying "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah) once. Reciting Al-Fatiha or supplicating between the two prostrations before placing the hands in their designated spots does not contradict tranquility and does not invalidate the prayer.
