A girl is not held accountable before reaching puberty, and she is not obligated to make up for missed fasting or prayers, due to the hadith: "The pen has been lifted from three… and among them, the child until he reaches puberty."

However, children should be commanded to pray from the age of seven and disciplined for not doing so at the age of ten, so they may become accustomed to it. This command is for discipline and habituation, not for obligation, because a child is not accountable until he reaches puberty.
