How is the inheritance of a man who left behind a mother, a wife, two sons, two daughters, and one brother divided, given that the mother relinquished her share to the two daughters and passed away two months later, and then her sons relinquished their share of their deceased brother's estate?

All properties left by the deceased are considered an inheritance ( tarikah ) to be divided among his heirs. The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a descendant heir. His wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a descendant heir. The remainder goes to the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. The full siblings, male or female, receive nothing as they are excluded by the presence of a descendant heir. The mother's waiver of her share to the two daughters is valid if it is done with her consent and full legal capacity.
