Is it permissible for my daughter to marry a man who was suckled by my father's wife, knowing that she suckled him while she was married to my father?

This question entails two possibilities:

First: That the father married a woman who had a son, and she breastfed the person who wishes to marry her daughter. In this case, this person becomes a brother to the father's daughter through suckling, and therefore marriage is not permissible.

Second: That the father married a woman who had milk and breastfed the aforementioned person. In this case, there is a difference of opinion among scholars: - The Shafi'is and Hanafis hold that the milk belongs only to the first husband. The Hanbalis agree with them if the milk did not increase or increased prematurely. - The Malikis hold that the milk belongs to both spouses. The Hanbalis agree with them if a pregnancy occurred from the second husband and the milk increased at its proper time.

According to the majority of scholars, marriage is permissible in this case, but it is better to avoid the dispute. It is stipulated that for breastfeeding to establish prohibition, it must consist of five full, satisfying sucklings.
