Is saying, "My father lies to us, or deceives us, or occupies himself," if he went with my sisters and left me, considered backbiting?

If what you mentioned about your father regarding lies and deceit is true, then your speech is backbiting. If it is not true, then your speech is slander and falsehood, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Do you know what backbiting is?" They said, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said, "It is your mentioning about your brother what he dislikes." It was said, "What if what I say about my brother is true?" He said, "If what you say is true, then you have backbitten him; but if it is not true, then you have slandered him." Backbiting one's father is a greater sin due to the severity of the offense.
