How is an inheritance distributed among: three sons, three grandsons, one full brother, one maternal brother, one daughter, five granddaughters, one wife, and two full sisters?

If the deceased leaves behind only a wife, sons, and a daughter, the wife receives one-eighth as a prescribed share due to the presence of inheriting descendants, based on the Almighty’s saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughter by way of residuary inheritance, with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty’s saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is nothing for the other mentioned heirs, such as the maternal brother, full brother, full sister, mother, and father, because they are completely excluded from inheritance by the son. The estate is divided into eight shares: one share for the wife, two shares for each son, and one share for the daughter. It is advisable to consult Sharia courts regarding matters of inheritance.
