Scholars have differed on the extent to which software copyrights are recognized, and the adopted by us is that they are to be recognized absolutely. Therefore, we do not permit the use of pirated software. The money earned through the use of such software is lawful for its earner, but he is obligated to guarantee its benefits to its producers.
