What are the permissible ways a man can enjoy to reach ejaculation during his wife's menstrual period, while refraining from vaginal intercourse, and in a manner consistent with the Prophet's—peace and blessings be upon him—action of fondling Aisha while she was menstruating from behind an izar, so as to avoid resorting to forbidden acts?

It is permissible for a man to enjoy his menstruating wife in any way he wishes, as long as it is not in the vagina or anus. Sexual intercourse in the vagina during menstruation is forbidden, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And they ask you about menstruation. Say, 'It is a discomfort.' So keep away from females during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordered you. Indeed, Allah loves those who repent and loves those who purify themselves." Sexual intercourse in the anus is forbidden in all circumstances. The menstruating woman is obligated to place something over the area of blood to prevent the husband from coming into contact with it. The husband may engage in activities such as descending between her thighs, or masturbating her with his hand, and similar actions.
