The wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. His four daughters receive two-thirds, shared equally among them. The remaining portion goes to his full brother by ta'sib (residuary heirship). His sister from the mother's side and the sons of his full brother receive nothing. The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the wife receives three shares, the four daughters sixteen shares (four for each), and the full brother receives five shares.

As for the bequest regarding the endowment of the building, if it does not exceed one-third of the estate and is endowed for a non-heir, then it is valid. If it exceeds one-third, only the amount equivalent to one-third is endowed, and anything exceeding that depends on the consent of the heirs.
