How can the Hadith "The Romans are the most numerous of people" be reconciled with the Hadith "This matter will surely reach as far as night and day reach"?

The Hadith, "This matter will surely reach wherever night and day reach," indicates the spread of Islam across the entire earth, but it does not state that Muslims will be the most numerous at the Hour.

As for the Hadith, "The Hour will be established while the Romans are the most numerous of people," it indicates that the Romans will be the most numerous at the Hour. Some scholars interpreted "the Romans" as Christians, while others understood it to mean that the Hour will be established upon the worst of creation, most of whom will be Romans.

There is no contradiction between the spread of Islam and the majority of the Romans at the Hour.
