What is the tajwid ruling for the letter baa (ب) in His Almighty's saying: (لربك) in Surat Al-Kawthar?

Among the Tajweed rules for the letter Bāʼ is to articulate it from the lips while they are firmly closed from inside the mouth, and to observe its attributes: istifal (lowering), jahr (vocalization), shiddah (strength), qalqalah (echo), and infitah (openness), and to be careful not to make it resemble the Persian Bāʼ.
