Shaking hands with Muslims is a Sunnah that carries a great reward, and depriving oneself of it due to delusions is not considered disbelief if it is not out of a dislike for the ritual itself or because it is a divine law, but rather a natural aversion. However, this aversion is blameworthy because it is not based on a sound foundation. It is advisable to strive against these obsessions and interact naturally with people.
