Is it permissible to receive two salaries from two government schools for the same month when transferring between two regions in Saudi Arabia?

It is not permissible to take payment for work twice without the consent of the hirer (the competent authority). Taking a second salary is considered consuming people's wealth unjustly. The matter becomes more serious if the funds are from the public money of Muslims (such as government schools) due to the large number of disputants involved. Therefore, what was taken in excess of what is due must be returned.
