What is the ruling of the Sharia on praying four rak'ahs, like the Dhuhr prayer, after the time for Jumu'ah has expired, due to not performing the Jumu'ah prayer with an excuse that may not be acceptable?

Whoever misses the Friday prayer must pray in its stead the Dhuhr prayer, four rak'ahs, with the intention of Dhuhr, whether the missed prayer was due to an excuse or without an excuse. However, he incurs sin if he abandons it without an excuse. If he prays it with the intention of Jumu'ah (Friday prayer), he must repeat it with the intention of Dhuhr. A severe warning has been reported for whoever abandons the Friday prayer out of negligence.
