Is it permissible to deduct overtime pay from university funds printed for students without the knowledge of the official, after his refusal to pay these dues?

If a person agrees with the university on additional pay for extra working hours, and then the official denies this right and he cannot obtain it openly, then he may take it by any means he deems appropriate, unless that leads to a greater corruption, such as being accused of treachery or theft, or being exposed to harm greater than the loss of wages.
