How is the marriage contract (nikah) concluded for a Christian woman who is an orphan (bereft of both parents) and estranged from her aunt due to a dispute, in a way that she authorizes an Egyptian man to finalize the contract without her presence?

It is permissible to marry a chaste Christian woman, but it is disliked by most scholars due to its increasing harms today, among them the difficulty of preventing her from practices that contradict Islam, the duality in raising children, and the danger of them converting to Christianity. Ibn Baz permitted marrying her out of necessity, while cautioning against her evil. Marriage with the intention of divorce is forbidden. A woman is not permitted to contract her own marriage or authorize anyone to do so. Rather, the contract must be done by her legal guardian. If there is no guardian or he refuses, the guardianship transfers to the Muslim judge or the director of the Islamic center in the absence of a Sharia court.
