Is there anything incumbent upon one who entered into the state of ihram for umrah from Jeddah and performed it, then wore his sewn clothes and traveled without shaving or shortening his hair due to lack of time, and shaved a day after arriving at his destination?

The state of exiting ihram (tahallul) in Umrah is not complete except by shaving the head or shortening the hair. There is no objection to delaying the shaving until you return to your country, as it is not restricted to a specific place nor does it have a fixed time. However, wearing tailored clothes before shaving or shortening the hair involves sin, and you are liable for a fidyah (expiatory offering).
