Whoever performs ' and completes it, then postpones shaving or shortening their hair until they return to their country, there is no harm in that, provided they do not commit any acts that violate their state of . If they commit such acts out of ignorance or forgetfulness (such as wearing tailored clothes or applying perfume), then there is nothing upon them.
