What is the ruling on a man plucking his eyebrows?

It is forbidden for a man to pluck his eyebrows, or one of them, unless they become excessively bushy and depart significantly and clearly from what is normal and customary. This is because the prohibition of plucking for men is even more emphatic, given that it is forbidden for women, to whom adornment is permitted in ways not allowed for men.
