Is it permissible for a Muslim who has ablution to renew his ablution or wash his body from cologne?

Cologne (perfume) contains an intoxicant (alcohol), according to the statement of doctors. Therefore, its use should be abandoned and replaced with permissible perfumes. One should not perform ablution with it or wash off what has touched the body from it, due to the lack of clear evidence of its impurity.
