Is it permissible to remove the niqab due to sinusitis that causes unbearable fatigue and headaches when going out of necessity?

Covering the face is obligatory for a woman according to the preponderant view among the sayings of the jurists, and it is not permissible for her to uncover it except out of necessity or need. If she is harmed by wearing the niqab, then it is permissible for her to drape over her face with something that covers it, and it is not permissible for her to uncover it when leaving the house. However, if the harm occurs in every circumstance, then there is no blame upon her for uncovering it when leaving the house, while limiting her going out to the extent of the need and being cautious not to apply any adornment to the face.
