Does using a nasal spray and ointment before Fajr, and the continued entry of its traces into the throat after Fajr, break the fast?

The Prophet's Sunnah indicates that anything reaching the stomach through the nose invalidates the fast, unless it was unintentional or it was introduced at night and descended to the stomach during the day.

Some jurists have explicitly stated that if someone applies kohl at night, or puts something in their ear or nose at night, and it descends to their throat during the day, there is no blame on them. This is because it resulted from a permissible act performed at night, and they did not cause it to descend during the day. However, the inhaler used by a patient through the nose or mouth does not invalidate the fast.
