Is it permissible to decrypt a Sawiris internet flash drive and use it for free at high speed, knowing that it will not be used to disobey Allah?

In Fatwa No. 115779, the ruling on defrauding to get free internet service was presented. If the company owner insults Islam and mocks it, there are institutions and bodies in his country through which he can be held accountable. However, assaulting his property merely on the basis of this accusation and by individuals without a judicial ruling is not permissible.
