Is it permissible to delay the Isha prayer because there are guests who cannot be left or asked to pray, knowing that they pray and believe that a normal delay is not problematic?

The time for Isha prayer begins at the disappearance of the red twilight and ends at the appearance of dawn, according to the more preponderant opinion. However, it should not be delayed beyond the first third of the night, and it is not permissible to delay it beyond midnight without a legitimate excuse. Therefore, it is not permissible to delay the Isha prayer beyond midnight due to guests. A Muslim should advise their guests and remind them of the impermissibility of delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time without an excuse.
