Is it permissible to give Zakat in the country where the wealth is located (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) or in the home country, knowing that giving it in Saudi Arabia is easier?

The basic principle is that zakat should be disbursed in the country where the wealth is located, because it is the place where the poor have aspirations, and to avoid the disagreement of scholars who prohibited its transfer. However, it is permissible to transfer zakat from the country of the wealth if there is a prevailing benefit in doing so, such as the presence of needy relatives, or if the people in another country are in greater need, or if it is more beneficial for Muslims. As for mere ease of disbursement outside the country of the wealth, it is not a justification for transfer.
