How is the inheritance divided among the heirs: a husband, two daughters, two full sisters, one half-sister (from the father's side), one half-brother (from the father's side), one half-brother (from the mother's side), and one son of a full brother?

If the deceased is survived only by the husband, two daughters, two full sisters, a maternal sibling, a paternal brother and sister, and a son of a full brother, the inheritance is distributed as follows:

The husband: One-fourth (due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir). The two daughters: Two-thirds. The two full sisters: The remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship), equally between them. The maternal sibling, the paternal brother and sister, and the son of a full brother: They receive nothing (they are excluded).

The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the husband receives six shares, the two daughters sixteen shares (eight for each), and each full sister one share.

Matters of inheritance must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
