There is no harm in selling perfume diffusers, even if one is certain that the perfume to be put in them contains alcohol. This is because selling the diffuser is different from selling the perfume itself, and because the impurity of alcohol is a matter of scholarly disagreement. Even if its impurity is conceded, the vapor, dust, and smoke of an impurity, if they do not condense, are excused.
