It is permissible for you to break off the engagement if there is a valid reason for it, such as psychological unease towards your fiancée and disliking her appearance. This is not considered injustice. You must offer sincere repentance to Allah Almighty for the sin you committed by engaging in impermissible intimacy with your fiancée.
