It is permissible to apply temporary tattoos on condition that they do not cause harm to the person, are not permanent or long-lasting, do not lead to imitating disbelievers and transgressors, do not entail a forbidden شرعي act such as uncovering 'awrah, do not include images of animals, and do not involve imitation of women. Men are advised to avoid these matters, as their true adornment lies in cleanliness, pleasant scent, and good character.
