How can one pray in a place where sexual acts are performed whenever the opportunity arises, knowing that the circumstances are not suitable?

Prayer is a great pillar that does not fall away from a Muslim as long as they are conscious. It must be performed on time, regardless of the circumstances, place, or company. A Muslim must enjoin it upon those who are lax and forbid evil according to their ability. It is not permissible to abandon it for any excuse whatsoever.
