Adultery is one of the most heinous sins. Repentance entails abandoning the sin, feeling remorse, and resolving never to return to it. One must also conceal their own sins. What this man is doing is deceit and trickery, and he must sever his relationship with this woman immediately. It is not permissible for him to marry her while she is in her current state. However, if she repents sincerely, he may marry her after her womb has been cleared by one menstrual cycle, or after she gives birth if she is pregnant.
