The husband must offer sincere repentance for the grave sins he commits. Every capable person should advise him, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Religion is advice." If he repents, then the matter is clear. If he persists, then his departure is not to be regretted. Regarding the invalidation of divorce after a woman marries a second man, and if it was less than three divorces, the majority opinion is that it is not invalidated.
