What is the ruling on borrowing from a third party to lend to another person, especially if the matter is urgent, and is this action better and more complete in reward from Allah than apologizing?

You are not obliged to borrow in order to lend, but your borrowing for this purpose is permissible, and you may be rewarded for your good intention in helping your needy brother. The Hadith (Indeed, Allah is with the debtor until he repays his debt, as long as it is not for something Allah dislikes) indicates that Allah helps those who borrow for purposes Allah does not dislike and who intend to repay it. In contrast, the Prophet sought refuge from debt if it was incurred for something Allah dislikes, or if one found no way to repay it, or intended not to repay it.
