1- What is the ruling on one who has intercourse with his wife while they are facing the Qibla?

There is no objection to a man having intercourse with his wife while facing the Qiblah, as there is no evidence to prohibit that, and the basic principle in matters is permissibility. The prohibition against facing or backing the Qiblah when relieving oneself has been mentioned, and the majority of scholars believe that this prohibition is specific to open spaces and does not apply inside buildings.
