It is not permissible to drink or consume blood by any means, as it is among the severely prohibited things. As for its exit from the body of the worshipper during prayer, if it is less than a dirham, it is excused. But if it is more than a dirham, it is impure and invalidates the prayer, but not the ablution (wudu').
