Is the story mentioned about Imam Abu Hanifa and the poem attributed to him, "O Master of Masters, I have come to you seeking," real, and did the Imam actually write it?

The poem was not narrated with an authentic chain of transmission from Abu Hanifa, and it is falsely attributed to him because it contradicts his belief regarding the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and because it contains prohibited exaggeration. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians exaggerated in praising Jesus, son of Mary. Rather, say: 'He is Allah's servant and His Messenger.'"
