Is seeking help from others to complete school assignments considered cheating under the distance learning system, and what is your advice to students regarding this matter, and what is the expiation for cheating?

Seeking help from others to understand and explain homework questions is permissible. However, seeking their help to solve these questions is considered cheating, because the purpose of homework is for the student to strive to find the answers independently and review their lessons, in order to receive a fair evaluation of their efforts.
