The question

Is money paid when inviting an uncle or his children for lunch or dinner considered part of repaying a debt owed to him? Is it permissible to count gifts previously given as repayment for that debt with a belated intention? And is it possible to give a sum of money in charity with the intention of repaying the debt to the uncle, knowing that a third party will be the beneficiary of the charity?
