Is the water that falls on the ground and feet during istinja’ from a Western toilet—which may not reach all parts of the impurity—pure or impure?

The abundance of questions about bathrooms, their floors, falling water, and splashes, etc., stems from succumbing to waswasah (obsessive whispering/doubts). Therefore, you must fear Allah and turn away from these waswasah. The default state of the body and the water falling on the ground after relieving oneself is purity (tahir). Anything that contradicts this default state should not be given attention unless there is certainty. The only cure for waswasah is to ignore it.
