Can a Muslim guide his Muslim Jinn brother to convey obedience to Allah?

It is legislated for a Muslim to advise and guide both humans and jinn, for they are both accountable. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided the jinn and recited the Quran to them. It is authentically reported that he told the Companions that the jinn had a better response than them when he recited Surah Ar-Rahman.
