Is it permissible for a woman to wear gold on her ankles in the form of an anklet?

It is permissible for a woman to wear an anklet on her leg for adornment, but she must not strike her feet in front of non- men to reveal it to them, for Allah the Almighty says: (And let them not strike their feet so as to make known what they conceal of their adornment).
