Is it obligatory to re-sacrifice the Hadi if the pilgrim intended to take her share of the Hadi as charity for expiation, assuming that she only had the right to eat from it and not to specify another intention?

The intention of giving charity through the sacrificial animal (hadi) does not affect its validity as an atonement for mistakes in the rituals (nusuk), nor does refraining from eating from it affect its validity. Some scholars hold the view that it is not permissible to eat from the obligatory hady; rather, it must be distributed to the poor of the Haram (definition).
